Shawn (the store manager) was very professional and kind. He took the time to show me were my unit was, how to gain access with the access code as well as took the time with step by step instructions. The office was very clean and smelled like apple cinnamon. My unit was very clean and in awesome shape. I love how there is two access points before getting to my unit as added security. I’m am very pleased with the service and happy that the unit is so close to my home.
