Our family needed to switch storage locations closer to home. The staff was nice, the location (office, storage) clean. Very friendly and secure. We had a different price online but the agent in office submitted the request to honor that price which of course was lower than on site. We highly recommend using this location.

Janelle was AWESOME!!! She took us on a tour of the storage units to show us what sizes they have and what was convenient for us. Janelle is HIGH quality and professional. When we asked was she in management yet, we were sorely disappointed that corporate did not have her in management!!! She’s definitely management material!!! She treated us top of the line, she’s experienced in knowing the facility, product and services and also the area. Her personality was forthcoming and full of vibrant life of moving up moving forward and growth. If my wife and I decide to rent with this company, we are ONLY renting because of Janelle!!!
