Aaron at Extra Space storage on Washington Blvd in Baltimore is freaking awesome. He is very professional and cares about making everything a smooth transition for his customers. He does exactly what he says he's going to do without you, the customer having to remind him. He was very calm and even though we came 5 minutes before closing he took care of my concerns with the online reservation that I completed and the units were an incorrect size for what I paid for. He took his time with us and made us feel important.

I have been a long term customer here for over 2 years. Just found out I had to move again, so I purchased an additional unit online. I wanted the units close but wasn't sure it could happen. I went in the office, Aaron and Denise took care of everything. I was so happy,they really made this moving process so much easier for me. Definitely would recommend for all your storage needs.
