I look at several locations before making the final decision on where I wanted to store my belongings. I'm so glad I chose this location on Germantown Rd in Bartlett TN. Working with Heather is always a pleasure. She is very professional and go out of her way to ensure she is meeting the needs of the customer. Heather has great customer service and is so easy to work with. This would have got 5 stars last month. I rented my unit 2 months ago for $94, just got notified it is going up to $151! That is a HUGE increase and it is for everyone there. Will be moving my stuff out. Also one night I went in before 10pm but came out at few minutes after 10 and they LOCKED ME IN! Lock me out at 10..ok. But never lock anyone in.

Heather helped me get a storage unit today at extra space storage in Bartlett. She was awesome and it only took about 10 minutes total to get through everything. The place is super clean and the units are brand new. Also I was able to bring my cylinder lock from a prior facility and use it here and not be charged. great service, well explained
