The customer service at this location is TOP NOTCH! Always greeted with a smile, regardless how many times I have to bug them for my code or random questions. The facility is always clean and everything works just like expected. Having rented at other storage facilities I cannot say how much better this one is than most! Great decision going with them!

I have never met a business with a more hostile approach to customers. If I had experienced one bad encounter then I would have just thought it was a bad apple employee. But from the day I moved in I had problems and rather than help they were verbally abusive in one case and so disinterested in helping in two other cases. The people at the front desk did not want to get out of their seat. I was there for roughly three months and ultimately moved across the street to Security Public Storage. It was night and day. Security Public Storage walked me through the facility, help me find the locker, explained the security and followed up the first week to make sure all was well.

This place is horrible. I rented here for a while and one day I was moving their "movable" stairs and for some reason they are higher than the "exit" signs. I accidentally hit the exit sign one day and it fell on my head and left a gash. I went to management and they just laughed at me and told me that I can get over it. 0 stars.
