The loading dock for the first building at the Bladensburg, MD location is really high and would accommodate a tractor trailer better than a box truck or moving van. moving large or heavy items on to the dock may prove a little difficult without help. That said it didn’t affect my move in/move out much based on the items I had. There was also a decent amount of carts available when I needed them. For people who use wheelchairs for mobility there is a small lift to the right of the loading dock. All things considered, my overall experience there was a pretty good one. The customer service was top notch from Jamel and Benjamin any time I needed assistance. Five stars.

We had a wonderful experience with Jamel today when we rented our storage unit . As soon as we walked in the door he greeted us with a warm smile 😊 and immediately asked how he could assist us . His very pleasant demeanor, and personable assistance was an added bonus . He asked questions to ensure we got the unit that met our needs . He then went on to answer all the questions we had and explained all the details involved in renting the unit. He was patient and kind, both of which are qualities needed when working in customer service . Jamel is a jewel of an employee , he represents your company very well.

The greeting Associates were awesome. My point of contact was Benjamin. Outstanding he walked me through the facility first with teachable moments of how my entry with Unit Number and Access Code and the importance of them. He continued with a inspection of the Unit. He made suggestions that I contact my movers to ensure I had proper storage space. Turned out I needed a larger Unit. Benjamin assured me no problem. He worked with his teammate on Staff and transferred my Unit with upgrade and lower price. Overall just an unforgettable experience from the time I entered the Facility until leaving. I’m very appreciative and pleased.

My experience was very pleasing. I came in to inquire of storage unit sizes and price per month. The consultant that assisted me was very helpful Edwin was very knowledgeable and explained the unit sizes as well as the prices to me my husband. This made for a very comfortable experience for me and it gives me an opportunity to be able to consider the options so that when I return I will be able to better understand what you size unit I need.
