Jose & Miles were awesome with helping me and my only great experience to speak about. But this storage location is very inconvenient and the worse ever!!! Elevators are always broken & I got a lot of rude unprofessional treatment here after Extra Space Storage bought the small business who used to own it, Tuck it Away out. They groom people for positive reviews...but sorry. I can't mislead people #DontBelieveTheHype šš¾
