I rented a storage unit for a year while I traveled, the customer service I experienced was 10/10 from start to end. ShaRon King first provided me with all of the information I needed to make the right decision on a unit that met my needs. When I was ready to retrieve my items, Chris was helpful and patient with all of my calls while I coordinated the pickup. My items were safe here, I would definitely reserve a unit with them again - the service was always friendly and timely!

Awesome customer service! From the start, I made a reservation online and received a confirmation call (don’t remember the gentleman’s name). I also received a call on the scheduled move in day (not sure if it was the same person) who offered a follow up call around the move in time. Both gentleman were professional and answered all my questions. To the very last step, walking in the office and signing my lease. I was assisted by Donald (Store Manager) who was welcoming and very professional, explaining all of the ins & outs.I left me feeling confident choosing Extra Space Storage. Awesome team and will definitely recommend to anyone seeking a storage space in the area! Many thanks!
