Simple process! I was able to initiate the rental over the phone and use of the facility and storage was convenient and straightforward. I only needed the space for about 45 days to facilitate a move between houses. Came in not knowing a lot about what size storage unit I needed and was very happy to have 2 very helpful employees show me what I needed. For starters I had looked at other properties that were definitely less clean which is how I wound up here. The two employees names were Henry and Tina I believe and I felt a lot more secure about my unit after leaving there than when I went in. I highly recommend this place for storage needs.
