It was all good until the rent kept going up and up and up. With the door gate issues, the attempted cut on the door for someone to gain access to my unit to and the distance and space availability I needed to make a change. I was using a 10x10 for $156 which was the latest raise and went to a space of 10x20 for $99. I know it's an intro offer and that spot will probably raise it in 6 months but that buys me time and it's also indoors and this new place provides 2 wheeler dollies and flat beds as a benefit. Thanks for the memories Extra I might come back to yous one day if the offer is good enough to where I can lock up the rate for a year (a precious storage space did this but I couldn't afford a 6 month payment at the time).

Polite workers. Clean location. Advertising VERY bait and hook. Large sign advertises first month free BUT it's not for all rentals. There is supposedly a web rate BUT lease refers to it as a promotional rate. Basically in 3-5 months discounted "web rate" changes. I would give 5 stars if they were transparent about costs.

Extra space storage is an amazing company. I fell behind on payments and they worked with me through all my hard times they helped me in every way possible. I spoke with a gentleman named "Mark" off the Transmountain location and he was amazing 20/10 customer service. His customer service skills are simply amazing I highly recommend this location. I just want to thank extra space storage and Mark for being patient and working with me.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when helping me transfer my contract from a large unit to a smaller one! The process was quick and easy, and Mark the time to explain what options were available. Everything was handled within one phone call!
