At first it was a very nice experience. Price was very reasonable. They have carts to help you move your belongings up to the second floor. Building and grounds are clean and maintained. Every employee we were in contact with were always welcoming and friendly and ready to help. We are leaving because they almost doubled our price with no explanation nor respondence back from customer service to regards of the sudden hike in price.

Extra Space Storage is absolutely amazing! Entire staff there are so very helpful and efficient. We moved our items from Public Storage because we had a break in and nothing was ever done about it. No security system in place. Lights out all over the property. And absolutely no communication unless it had to do with getting their money. We chose Extra Storage because the security is top notch. The lighting is as it should be, BRIGHT and very well lit. The staff are the best, very informative and personable. We are so glad we moved our personal belongings here! Thanks a bunch to everyone at Extra Storage!
