I really appreciated Carmen's help with my unit. My rates did increase after a few months but I was lucky to snag a super great deal at Thanksgiving so I'm not surprised the increase happened and they did give me 30 day notice about the increase. The storage unit has been great and I'm glad to have found it.

The three people there (I forgot who you guys are I’m sorry) we’re not only extremely helpful with my unit but also extremely accommodating as I only had less than 50 minutes to get stuff done before closing up at 6PM. They were also extremely helpful with getting locks sorted out as well as showing me around in preparation for the next day. Thank you very much guys your help was amazing

Tony was an amazing example of customer service and really just talking to someone in a situation needing remedy. I was able to fully double the size of my storage unit in less than 30 minutes today full time. He allowed me to walk to premises where my current 5x5 was and choose a 5x10 to my liking in location and amenities. He took care of me in a way I can only describe as personable, kind, humbled, and downright laid back. Owen was in the location to help with the process and cut out a month long process in under an hour. This location has been amazing and downright amazing and downright enjoyable to interact with. I would recommend anyone searching for a storage unit they can trust to visit this location and just be honest about your needs. They take care of you with a snails on their face without it seeming like a chore to either party involved. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience and hope others can take advantage of such an easy experience. Thanks again Tony, as well as Owen for making this transition so smooth and stress free. I will be using Extra Space Storage anywhere I go now thanks to these gentlemen.

The staff at this location are excellent. Maria and Sarah both helped me sort out my storage and it was a pleasure to do business at Galleria Drive. The unit offered value and is nice and clean but it was the girls in the office that made the experience of renting storage quick and easy. Thank you ! Had to update this as just received amazing service from Tony and as always it's a pleasure to do business at this location in Henderson. You guys are the best!
