I appreciate Gina at Extra Space Storage in Speedway for going the extra mile to make our transition as smooth as possible. Due to the death of our Grandmother, we had to put some furniture in storage and was misled about a previous storage unit that ended up being a pod. After explaining to Gina what transpired a few hours earlier, she did what she could to accommodate us. Thanks again Gina!

Awesome new storage place! David assisted me when I stopped by the Michigan Road store and met my needs and budget by being attentive. Then referred me to tge 8040 Georgetown location where I spoke with Carrie who was equally pleasant 😀. The only complaint I had was due 2 time restrictions and my helpers were not able to help me get ally items in storage so I had to wait until the next day 2 finish. Thankfully and Prayerfully, God dispatch more 😇 to aid me in getting all of my items into storage. If the hours of access could be e tended to Midnight or 24 hours that would be a huge convenience! Way 2 go David and Carrie 😊
