Michelle was SO sweet and SO helpful and made it so SO easy! We had been to a couple other storage facilities on island and decided to go with Extra Space because the customer service was unmatched and the price couldn’t be beat!

We’ve used this place for years, storing our stuff for when we return to Hawaii for the winter. Because of the pandemic, we didn’t come to Hawaii for two winters. When we returned this winter, our stuff was in great condition. Bikes, kitchen utensils, small appliances we prefer, etc. Safety, security and climate control terrific. Great, knowledgeable staff with customer focus.

With a consumer established society, we accumulate more than we need. Then before you know it, too much stuff. So I went by and rented a small size unit for a small price. Which I found to be more than fair. Freeing up some space at home, the unit held more than expected. But not enough to hold all my things that were not being used. So I got another unit. It's bigger with the 9 foot ceiling so stack em high. The The price is right around what I wanted to spend as well. I've been there almost a year now and never had a negative experience. Friendly customer service and always helpful.

Connie and Michelle at Kapolei's facility, was very welcoming when I first came in. Both are very friendly and more importantly, they addressed all my questions and concerns about transferring from one unit to the next :) which made the process go smoothly and fast.
