I’ve dealt with a lot of storage facilities before and I can tell you that the folks at Extra Space are by far the nicest and most responsive. Sean was able to get me a space for my RV and a great monthly rate. Not only was he super helpful over at the Madison, TN location but my interactions with staff at their other locations in and around Nashville were also incredible. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Just had the best customer service experience with Jeff and Rick at Extra Space Storage located in Madison. They were so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to help me select the right units for my moving/storage needs. Jeff was proactive and contacted me with options because my move is complicated. Moving is stressful so it’s nice to work with people who are positive, knowledgeable and supportive. Totally recommend this storage facility.

I have been renting with this place for the past 3+ years. It was recently taken over by new management (used to be devon self storage). Can't say enough good things about the new company! They changed all of the burned out bulbs in the storage unit (that had been that way for the past 3 years), and they answer the phone and the customer service has been phenomenal. Regretfully, had to give up my storage unit because we moved, but they were amazing for the closing and very helpful. I can't say enough about the new management of this place, compared to the old one. It's just nice to still see customer service, and this place does it right. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable storage and good customer service!

I give Extra Space Storage 5 stars because they took over management from Devon Storage, and in a weeks time you could see the changes that were being made. The customer service is exceptional and with a smile. They put in lights, we now have carts to use and the place is clean. Thank you guys so much for making my experience great. If I had to use a storage place again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Extra Space Storage. I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends.

The new owners were very understandable, and recognized my situation and help make my payment very adjustable where I can afford it. I also lost my key to my unit and they required me a key at no extra cost to me and made it a lot easier on my life. So double shout out to them if you need a very good storage unit please check them out.
