The manager here is awesome. I left him a message because I had used my information from the same company but at a different location and I couldn’t get in but he was totally cool and levelheaded. I recommend this location. It is a little bit pricey but it’s downtown where there’s a lot of people trying to use it they keep the place clean and safe.

The young gentlemen I encountered on different work shifts at the Memphis Union Ave location were all very professional, friendly, and hospitable. I was refreshingly impressed. Their displayed professionalism in customer service and the cleanliness of the storage facilities/office area has been greatly appreciated!! These are especially important sought-after factors of solo female customers utilizing storage unit businesses with their long and “spooky” halls. These business-employee factors aid in creating a safe and secure atmosphere that is sorely needed in a storage unit environment whether day or night.
