EASY RENTAL, I did it online, called questions to customer service their instantly answered and followed up by the local operator calling at the time rental online.The best part is I was two and a half hours away from that location. Online reservation went well. We had an Extra space lock from a previous rental, so we selected ‘no lock’. When I arrived at the facility the man at the desk desperately tried to upsell me their lock.When I told him my wife wanted to talk to him he backed off. He acted like it was a terrible inconvenience to credit our card. The hallway had an ‘off’ smell to it. We have been renting from Extra Space for many years and have always had a good experience. Hope this location isn’t the exception to that.

My experience with extra storage has been hassle-free. Britt helped me over the phone with the many questions I had and made me feel comfortable with the decision I was making. I’ve noticed the couple times since I’ve moved my stuff in that they do have staff on site which makes me really comfortable with the space I’m renting and knowing my belongings are good. I definitely recommend extra storage.
