Tony and Britt were very helpful. There was and issue with my rental size and they were able to help right away and get me into the correct size unit right away with no hassle. The new unit was even cheaper then the original one I rented and on a lower floor.

Good communication and customer service, clean facilities, easy access for loading, very secure. An additional trolley would be helpful as sometimes they are all being used. However, never overcrowded. Very pleased with location and facilities.

First and foremost, this review is in response to the business practices of Extra Space Storage, not the great staff they have on site - the staff is 5 stars. I've been a renter here for around a year or so, and I've sized down units once because I use the unit for business and didn't need all of the space in the original unit - and the price increases were a bit ridiculous. The transfer process went smoothly thanks to the wonderful staff team. There has been a complete turnover of staff in the year-ish amount of time I've been renting. The old staff wasn't bad, but the new manager Brittany is wonderful and always willing to take the time to answer a question or help out. The new staff is consistently FIVE STARS every time I talk with them. What is frustrating is the business practices of this company. I just received another postcard in the mail saying market rates have changed and that my rates are going up by 35%. My business can absorb that for now, but if it were me as an individual, it would be hard to budget. Having rented from them for this amount of time, I know that this is just the first rate hike. More are coming. I've stayed because they have a few things I like (loading dock, conditioned space, covered parking, 24h access), but I worry about people who see all the 5 star reviews and sign on with one price thinking they can commit to that - and then a month later they get into the price hike game. It's predatory, and not based on anything legitimate - if it were, there would be a breakdown of how they go about pricing when you ask to see it. I hope Extra Space uses the money in the current rate hikes to give Brittany and her team raises so they stay long term and continue to manage the building at the level they have been.

I love this storage facility, very clean dry and secure and great prices compared to others in the area. Fran was assisting me and showed me around the unit! Very welcoming staff! Great to have found them!
