I've had a unit at the industrial blvd complex for a little over 4 months now, and have been absolutely blown away by the service. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and the security is top notch. I have never doubted the safety of my unit when storing here. Definitely recommend.

What a great experience. I barely finished leasing my space online when Steve called to confirm everything and answer some questions I had. The facility is nice, easy secure in and out with keypad or app. I have at least six storage facilities within 10 minutes of where I’m moving. I picked Extra Space because of great space for good price, location (not hard to get to but off busy congested traffic areas), and the reviews. Which is why I’m writing this one. Because what I read from the 5 star reviews has been my experience too. Highly recommend if you need extra space!

On-site manager is very prompt and helpful. The rental process was very easy. It was great being able to drive inside and park within feet of my locker, especially in cold or rainy weather. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

I love E.S.S.! It's the nicest storage facility I've ever rented from. It's exceptionally clean and well cared for. Access is secure and even when I've been there alone at night, I've always felt safe. It's well lit and there are cameras everywhere. The people who work there are also really pleasant. I wish I didn't have so much stuff that I needed to rent a storage unit but since I do, I'm glad I can rent from Extra Space Storage.

Our stuff was kept safe while we were away for a little over a year. Staff was friendly and helpful. The storage facility was clean, secure, and easily accessible for move in and move out dates. Pricing was fair. Customer service was a pleasant experience. We liked that the uhaul could pull all the way into the building. This makes moving in or out in the rain to be convenient. It's also closer to the elevators this way. We liked that they had carts accessible for moving items. That made the trips back and forth from the truck to the storage unity fairly easy.
