Very quick, simple, and convenient to get set up. My items were kept secure for almost two years. Ms. Carol got me set up and settled in she is so sweet and if I ever have to get another storage unit regardless of what side of town I move to I will go back to see her. Extra space on Charlotte pike will take some stress off of having to move from place to place. Highly recommend them
