We really enjoyed the experience at Extra Space Storage in Newton. Staff is really helpful and friendly. We were new to Boston area and they helped us to transfer booking from a different facility and answered all questions. Highly recommend.

Booked the storage online, and it was really easy. The system assigns the unit automatically, so I would suggest go check out the storage during office hour in case you want to change. The store manager, Dragomir was really helpful and friendly. Customer service was definitely on point there! Ample parking, and there is a loading dock for moving trucks or even semi trucks.

My lock key broke in my lock and the office rep was super pleasant and stayed after the office closing time to help me. As far as the facility goes, it’s secure, dry and clean, with very minimal cement dust. I like that you can access it during a wide range of hours.

Had a great experience at extra space storage primarily due to the amazing help provided by Kelly Martis. First, I accidentally booked two units and she noticed and called me to fix it. Then the unit I had rented was too small for one of the items I needed to store. Kelly helped me upgrade to the appropriate size in the middle of us struggling with the piece of furniture. Additionally, she quite literally helped us move by offering to help lift the piece as it was much heavier than we anticipated before moving it. I’m not actually sure how we would have even been able to store the item if she hadn’t helped in the ways she did. She was friendly, kind, and super efficient. Kelly saved our day and our sanity! 10/10 would recommend.
