My brother is currently trapped inside the facility! His code wouldn't let him out at 8:06pm. We have tried all the numbers listed on site, after an hour I was able to get ahold of someone who told me he needs to call, I said he has tried but cant get ahold of anyone. He got ahold of someone who then HUNG UP ON HIM as they were "trying" to get ahold of the facility manager!! I called again at 10 and got hold of someone who then told my brother to use the pedestrian exit, THERE ISNT ONE, to try a code and see if it works IT DIDNT! Its 10:41 pm SUNDAY 2/5/2023. MY BROTHER IS STILL TRAPPED INSIDE AND CAN NOT LEAVE!!

The folks at Extra Space are super helpful. Paul and Star are the "A" team at this location. Paul is accessible and accommodating and doesn't rush you off the phone. Star once let us use a dolly when we forgot ours - and even drove it over to us. The facility is pristine and secure. They make it easy.

I’ve been renting my storage unit in this location for about 5 years. I’ve never had any difficulties with any of the staff members. Getting a hold of someone has always been very easily accessible. From day one Paul has always been very respectful, professional, understanding, helpful and very informative to all my questions and concerns. I think would highly recommend this location to all families and friends.
