Facility is great. No issues with the facility. Access hours end at 8pm, which is on the earlier side. Loses a star because of a few annoying move-in fees. Specifically, they have a small move-in fee ($25ish), a one-time padlock fee ($20) and their own monthly insurance (varies, but another $20ish each month). You can provide your own padlock and insurance, but you need visit during office hours and physically return the padlock they leave in your unit. It’s annoying because it’s a fee you don’t need and it requires more of your time to refund it. Very minor complaint. Just be prepared that the advertised rate is probably 60% of reality.

I highly recommend the location in northern Quincy. Tom is very helpful and made it easy. The only negative is that during my initial call to the extra space headquarters, they never mentioned the insurance fee, and that added a lot into the bill.
