Mike was beyond of my expectations, he answered all my questions and helped me with the unit rental. I’m very pleased with their service so far. Less than 1/2 hour I rented my unit and he gave me all the access code and was very polite. Thanks guys

Couldn't access my unit for 2 weeks after payment and move in date because of staffing issues (I had to figure this out on my own after the fact). They would eventually apply a credit for this time which was the least they could do. After a couple months they doubled the rent with no warning whatsoever despite having all my contact info. Apparently they did this to all the locations they have acquired in the area. I rent an apartment about a mile from here and haven't had a rent increase in the three years I've lived there but am pretty sure my landlord would be in violation of some state laws if they doubled my rent overnight. A very impressive racket they are running here. I was recently sent an email with the subject line of "Interested in a $100 gift card?" which I assume was for a review but was strangely blank unlike all the other correspondence from them. Therefore, I am submitting this review here. You can keep your gift card, just tell me what you're doing with all the extra money you're milking from your renters in your reply.
