First off the facility is so clean and I feel comfortable being there at any time even at night. Neal, the manager has always been so friendly and helpful, even just to say hi when he sees me. I am so thankful I chose such a good storage facility and I have recommended it to friends in need of some space. 2 high fives and 5 stars for sure!!

Site staff are great and experience with customer service are good but I wouldn't recommend due to my storage being broken into and doubling of rent within ~4 months. Also the site is not 24/7 but has decent hours. Pros: * Good customer service * You can pretty much drive up to your unit * Largish site where I felt privacy when loading and unloading my items. * Had a good promo price but be careful with that price raising rug pull * Look like they at least have a couple of cameras but only on the perimeter (maybe that is good since it isn't recording what you are loading and unloading into your storage) Cons: * Not 24/7 * Apparently the latches are easy enough to break into as was demonstrated by thieves breaking into mine and several other lockers. (Although nothing was taken from mine so that's good) * My rent was doubled after about 4 months. This point is the really annoying one they didn't raise it slowly or anything but I just got a letter in the mail that my rent would be doubled past a certain date. I didn't even receive this notice as through an email or text message so I could have easily missed this, it feels really bad like they are trying to trick me into paying at least a month of the high rent.

Update: They added motion sensor lights in the interior hallways! They are so much better and a lot easier to use than the previous timer dial ones as they were always really hard for me to turn. Second update (06/28/2022): They posted no smoking signs on some of the buildings. Third update: (10/30/2022): Just finished sweeping out my unit and removed the lock in order to move out. I've revised my original review a bit for clarity. Pros: * Location is clean. * I feel safe visiting my unit alone even at night. * You can use your own padlock style lock even if you are forced to "purchase" theirs because you reserved the unit online. You can get your money back by giving the lock back to the office staff onsite. Cons: * Rates can change monthly and become an unjustifiable expense fairly quick. I have had my unit for just over a year and right before the 1 year anniversary date, they raised rates again. The cost of my unit has literally almost DOUBLED in 12 months with no additional value provided by Extra Space aside from motion sensing lights. Move in: Unit = $56, Insurance = $14.20, Admin Fee = $25 3 months at: Unit = $56, Insurance = $14.20 9 months at: Unit = $88, Insurance = $14.20 1 month at: Unit = $102, Insurance = $14.20 * You have to contact the location directly with questions by phone or in person, there is no help at the corporate level. * Access hours are 6 AM - 10 PM instead of 24/7. * Mobile app is only good for opening the gate, you cannot use it to manage your account or make a payment. It just opens a web browser for you if you do anything aside from open the gate. * Gate code is really long. Using the mobile app comes in handy if you don't visit your unit often enough to memorize the code.

I am writing this review because of Teresa, the assistant manager, was exceptional. She was very kind and took her time explaining the whole process with us. I have never met someone that has such patience with customers. Best part is we came a few minutes before closing and Teresa still took her time to explain everything to us. She did not rush us out like other people might have. Excellent customer service person.

The best part about this place is Teresa! She is the primary reason for the generous rating. She is very kind, friendly, makes all guests feel welcomed and always has a positive attitude. Even over the phone you can hear her positivity shinning through. When I asked her about the recent break ins she was very honest with me and answered all my questions and patiently showed me multiple units as I was indecisive about the size to get. The lot itself is very clean. It's kinda expensive but given recent inflation it is understandable. Just know that your rent will increase within a few months (3months). It can and has doubled in the past but you won't know the exact amount because its based on the demand of the future. I do find that a little annoying because I cannot properly plan and prepare so just take this as your warning if you cannot afford to pay double then opt for a smaller size to play it safe. Speaking of safety there have been recent changes made to help deter thieves and keep units safe including hiring security and installing live surveillance.
