This place is awesome! Harrison the store manager is very friendly, cool, kind and helpful when we need it. He’s very engaging and a great guy making sure everyone is satisfied with the place. It’s in a great location that’s easy for us to get something when we need it and the place is immaculate kept very clean and tidy. I also like the fact that it’s open until 10:00 pm unlike other places that close earlier. Great for our motorcycles I can easily walk there and take a nice ride not having to worry about getting back so soon because of there times. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Harrison was exceptional!!! He focused completely on the task at hand while attending to me. He was very welcoming and very informative. He is a ball of energy and loves his job. He explained everything with great detail which left me confident enough to book a unit while I was there. I only went in for a tour and to get pricing information as to compare the information to other locations but he sold me spot on. He has great customer service and communication skills and the property looked clean and well organized so I left as a customer and am happy with my decision. During this stressful time, he eased my worries. 5 stars to Harrison!!!

I went into this amazing location on Saturday (11/19/22) and had a great tour with Harrison. He was very thoroughly with all the ins and outs of the facility and he knew the business like the back of his hands. As soon as I arrived, he greeted us with a smile. I initially purchased the 10x10 storage unit but it was smaller than what we needed to fit all the stuff inside so he was able to get us transferred to a bigger unit and fortunately he only had one left, so we locked in the 10x20. (It was MEANT for us 🙂). This facility is very clean, top notched with Elevators to help get your things to your unit and I love that it has security throughout to make us feel safe if we need to come after hours. I highly recommend this Storage facility for your Storage and moving needs. 👍🏽

Finding a storage unit is a stressful process, but Harrison made it much easier. He answered all my questions and walked me around to show me all the features. I couldn't visualize the space just by looking online, so it was so helpful to see it in person. He also laid out all the pricing clearly, so I could understand the fees involved and there wouldn't be any surprises now or later. He also seems to genuinely take pride in his work, which I deeply appreciate, and makes it much easier to entrust my possessions to him and this location. I think this will be a very good choice for my needs.

Harrison Porter was Awesome. His customer service is second to none. He explained everything to me until I understood it. He is very professional.
