The staff that I spoke with were kind and relaxed, like renting from a family member. I could NOT be more excited by the location security. The loading garage, elevator and access to carts were very convenient. It is orderly, clean, and organized.

This was the best experience I've had with a self storage business. Public areas were kept tidy and bright. Access was easy and convenient, weather conditions permitting. The staff was extremely helpful with any issues we had. Site Manager Ryz was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the St Louis Park, Parkdale Dr location.

I have been renting at this location since 2019 and 2016 at it’s sister location. Taran the store manager is so fantastic!!!!!!!!!! Very accommodating and will get you a storage that will fit your needs. He has for me for some time and I appreciate him! Also and I’m hoping that she stays at this location. Bev the assistant manager is amazing!!! They are a power duo. Rent here if you ever need a storage!

I recently rented from ExtraSpace Storage while I am doing some cleaning up at home. I rented from this facility in the past and had a great experience, this time the same. I reserved and paid for the unit online and was immediately notified of the unit and able to access it right away. There is a fee for the unit lock, however, you can use your own lock and request a refund for the unopened lock if you don’t plan to use the lock provided. I did this because the lock was about $20. The individual working (sorry I forgot his name) was very pleasant to work with and ask questions. Also, I was in the wrong part of the building so he went out of his way to help me locate my unit. Bonus, the unit is indoors, which is a huge plus in MN during the winter. You’re able to pull your vehicle in and park indoors, which is appreciated at any time because you don’t have to be concerned about your belongings being exposed to the elements. I’d recommend this storage facility. Overall it is slightly more expensive than some other facilities but to me it’s worth the little extra for peace of mind.
