Extra Space Storage in the West Shore area is conveniently located for us, and the facility is easy to access. It is very clean and well-kept as well as secure. Even though our unit is on the 2nd floor, the large elevator makes it easy to bring things in and out. Highly recommended.

The only reason for 4 stars is six months after I moved into the storage unit they increased the rent and then at the year mark they increased it again. Within a year the rent went up by over $100. Nothing changed in regards to service, cleanliness or facility improvements. It was an increase in rent with no quantifiable improvements/upgrades. I would recommend for this place or any place get locked into a contract.
