I came to Extra Space Storage to find a storage unit and Crystal gave me outstanding service. She showed me different units until we found one to fit my needs. I also purchased a lock and she showed me how to set the combination. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know.

Crystal was very helpful and nice. I didn’t know my storage until was in another building. She was kind enough to walk me over there but instead she offered to transfer me to a unit at the location I was at- very helpful & went out here way. Great customer service

I had the pleasure of conducting business with Crystal. She was very attentive and made sure that I had a space that fit to my needs. She was very polite and her customer service skills deserve a 5 stars. I am giving the place a 4 star only because it doesn't have an entry for the customers. Everyone is obligated to go in through the counter lobby in order to get to their storage space. Also the ramp to take the boxes in is very uncomfortable. The gated area is above the sidewalk agreat 20 feet tall before you reach it. It should really be addressed soon.

I forgot who helped me but he was an Assistant Manager ( Kelsey After reading other reviews i found it !)I believe. He was an absolute pleasure and respected my time. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He also made sure throughout the entire process we were always on the same page and was super transparent. If a his boss reads this PLEASE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! ( I don't know what he makes but he deserves 45% more ) Super thoughtful!! I can't thank him enough!
