I recently signed a rental agreement with Extra Space Storage at 203 East Joppa Road and I must say that Ann was so kind and friendly with answering all the questions and concerns I had regarding my new space. I had a few reservations at first but her ease of information and knowledge helped me to quickly seal the deal. I started using my new locker and is so happy !

I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she has black hair and wears glasses. She was very polite and informative while helping me switch to a bigger unit. As stated, I already had a unit but she didn’t mind giving me a brief tour of the inside of the property including the loading dock and other escalator (which I didn’t know was there). She went through the forms with me making sure I understood everything that I was signing. She was was sociable while still doing her job. Excellent costumer service.

Ann & Matt have both been extremely helpful as I have changed units over the past several years, trying to gradually downsize the belongings of an elderly relative. They have been helpful & accommodating in-person & over the phone. Extra Space Storage appears to be well maintained & managed, so you know your belongings are secure & readily accessible when you need them. Thanks for a good experience.

Nice, clean, spacious, plenty of moving dolly’s. Manager is super nice, always has a cheerful smile and attitude. Goes out if her way to help. She is attentive to her customers, even while she’s cleaning and protecting the property.

My experience was absolutely marvelous!!..Ann started my experience out with a pleasant conversation via phone. She was patient, researched prices/availability, and extended the offer to come in for a personal tour. When I arrived Matt picked up where Ann left off. Matt also was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and just an awesome professional all around. He made sure I was educated thoroughly about all of my options for units and how the facility operates. Additionally, he is just a great people person and very relatable. I would highly recommend this facility, excellent customer service and cleaniness top tier!
