It's not often nowadays that you are greeted warmly and sincerely. Jennifer was like a friend from the start to finish. She showed me many options without hesitation unlike those who get irritated when they have to take a few extra steps. Jennifer was clear in her explanation, quick in her service and was genuine in her friendliness. I live people like that!

I just rented storage space from Extra space storage in Wahiawa. I was very pleased with the size of the space, and it was reasonably priced. The facility was very clean and secure. And the young lady in the office (Connie) that helped me get set up was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. She took the time to answer all my questions and showed me around. Everything went smoothly and that's why I am giving Extra Space Storage a five-star rating. .

Went in to enquire about a storage unit and was assisted by Connie Munoz. She gave me excellent customer service and was very courteous and helpful to me and the other customers she was helping. She was professional the entire time I was there and while multi tasking and assisting other customers still gave me great customer service and maintained her warmth and pleasant personality with a genuine smile and aloha spirit . Thank you !

I called today and spoke with Jennifer at the Wahiawa Extra Space Storage location. She was more then helpful to me over the phone today. I needed to make a payment over the phone and was unaware of my amount as the fees had gone up and the late fees included. She was very helpful in explaining what my payment was and why. I have been a customer here for awhile now and this by far has been the best experience I have had with an associate there. She was very pleasant and patient with me and my frustration. I am very glad I got to speak with her today, as now I know what my payments are for!!! I hope the next time I have a question or concerns she will be the person I get lucky enough to speak with.
