I have rented numerous units at the 1250 Taylor location. I use them extensively for work. The staff is kind and reasonable and always a delight to work with and the facilities are clean and feel very secure. It feels like the majority of folks storing there are doing so for work, or for minimal household items. It’s rarely overwhelmingly busy and always ample parking.

Erika is so kind and friendly, she sits at that first desk in the office and walks to greet you. She asked me how my day was and listened not just brushed past my reply. Erika id knowledgeable and had all the answers to my storage questions as it is my first time storing. She says she’s only being doing her job just short of 2 years but with the way she operates I know she’s been in customer services since she was a child. She pays great attention to detail and asked hard questions, things I didn’t think of yet that helped me get the space I needed. (How things are stored, if I was moving or will it be movers, large items, etc) she went as far as to give me her ideas on how to pack my unit. I’m happy I went in to get help even though I started to rent online. Erika I hope you see this as you made my month. Thank you for being helpful and working yesterday.

Erika assisted me and was excellent!!! It was close to closing time and she was not only helping me but also one person on the phone and 2 other people who came in. She was pleasant and professional and took her time to help and explain things. I would give her 5 stars for her customer service. The issues I have with this facility are related to security. 1. The main gate is open during the day so anyone can walk in or out as the facility is in a city street. 2. Unlike other facilities in the area, there is no digital access. Entering is not an issue but to exit, you have to get out of your vehicle and walk to the keypad. At a minim the keypad should be accessible from the vehicle. Given these issues I hope the facility makes the necessary safety upgrades.

Manager Erika is knowledgeable I went to cube smart and the service there was trash compared to Erika’s welcoming energy. The office and floors were clean and bright. All the good reviews on here is just a plus once you mean the management team in office.

Does not feel secure. There were a couple of guys hanging out in parking/loading area that didn't seem to be using the facility for storage. One guy wandered into the building when the door opened as we brought stuff to elevator. I wouldn't feel comfortable going to my storage unit alone at night. This place needs way better security. Plus it smelled bad inside in the hallway. Are people living in here? There was a mystery puddle on the floor on way to our unit. And there was only one cart available - no others in sight. It is not possible to reach an actual person after hours regarding security concerns. Location is convenient, the actual unit was clean and as advertised.
