Overall great experience at Extra Space Storage in West Sacramento. Fair pricing and easy to access if you live in downtown Sacramento. The process was quick and easy, allowed us to start utilizing the storage space the following day. If you plan to stop by to sign up, call ahead. We didn’t call ahead and the employee was at lunch, so we had to wait a little bit, but that’s our fault for not calling before showing up.

The manager is the nicest most cooperative person I have ever dealt with regards a storage unit. He went far and above to make sure the unit, which was beyond clean and ready, was ready, and even helped put my first load. I would for sure use Extra sconce again, especially if all your managers are as good as Andel.
