Overpriced slow service and barely any new merch for at least the last 5 years if not 10. Lacking in products that are made well. Pretty much same old stuff with a price hike

Asked for a site that was at the back of the park was told it was none available. They put me by the office where all the traffic is. There were many sites away from everything that were not occupied either nights we were here. Could be a nice place buts needs allot of work and up keep

We attended a friend's wedding here in Falcon and decided we would bring the camper as it is rather comfy. I read the reviews on this place and noted they where rather conflicting and we decided we would take the shot. This place is great all in all :-). Yes, it is close to the highway but for the price you do get a pretty decent level lot and its a convenient location to most everything between Peyton, Black Forest and Colorado Springs.

5 STARS! Grab your FREE COFFEE from the office, then sit in your adirondack chair + watch the nearby antelope play... it's so lovely. They're SUPER dog friendly; massive dog park + complimentary dog poop bags are everywhere. The folks in the office are SO kind and helpful. There are a lot of long term residents and they are very quiet. Only noise was from the highway, but it wasn't a problem. EVERY store + restaurant you need is only a mile away, and SO convenient. Great price, will definitely be coming back!

The highway noise was bothersome. The sites were dirt and when the monsoons came through there were mud puddles outside my RV. The shower had low water pressure. On a good note the dog park was nice and large so my 2 big dogs could run.

We haven’t been to the campground yet but I’m leaving a review because we had a last-minute reservation over Memorial Day weekend. I got sick and so we could not travel so I called to cancel the reservation, thinking we would be charged since I was calling the day before. They were so kind and did not charge us because they said it was a busy weekend and they were sure they would be able to fill the spot. That was very kind and we appreciated it very much. We are looking forward to future trips because we have family in the area. We will definitely reserve here again.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting friends and family in the area. Very easy to find. Clerk was helpful and friendly. Site was level gravel, and everything worked well. Some noise from the highway, and some of the sites seem a little run down, but we didn’t experience any problems. We’d probably stay here again when passing through.

Nice park with everything one needs. Laundry facilities were nice. Dog park was huge and had an off-leash trail at one end of the park. Nice store and propane for sale on site. We were next to the road and it was very loud but, there are many sites further away that must be quieter. Lots of nice tent sites also. Overall, a good experience and we would definitely stay again.

I adore this place. It's the only campsite that we've been to that I felt safe and welcome enough to call "home." Everyone was so kind and understanding and I can't tell you how much my huskies and I loved the dog run! We went every single day twice a day. The bathrooms are amazing! Spacious, clean and I never had to worry about bugs which is rare in public outdoor bathrooms! I also felt very safe knowing the bathrooms had their own building and were individually separated with codes needed to enter. And there's so much space to just roam and explore! Great area for nature walks, beautiful views and close enough to everything so you don't have to trek down a mountain to get groceries lol! I can't tell you how much I genuinely love this place, I could cry. This staff does a phenomenal job and the price is unbeatable! Nothing but positive things to say!

Nice family owned campground full hookups with heated water spouts, they don't shut off water in the winter like other places. Nice size spots with room for a car to park ad well. Is a bit far out but lots of stuff around there for entertainment and shopping.
