1st day pick up was good, husband wife staff excited about a concert date that evening, got us hooked up and off, returned following day during morning open hours, she couldn't be bothered with getting up and opening the door to do an in-person check in instead chose to just yell From behind the desk something or another so we unhooked and left, we did receive our emailed receipt price was good, service was sad and lacking

Just came out of the door pointing at their small printed sign saying to park the truck in the road rather than asking what I needed like anyone in customer service should, had I been wanting to get a rental unit you better believed I would have gone to any other location. Hit with a $50 cleaning fee for what I'm not sure, I didn't think I had to remove all the tape from the furniture blankets and the inside cab had the same debris when I picked it up. Didn't think I needed to run it through a Mr detail for them for all the bugs off the front.

Clean! I was so surprised with the cleanliness. They are very accommodating....there is an onsight dolly... minimal manual labor required. Plus, supplies are at the front office for keeping your storage place clutter free. I especially like the in place security measures.
