I lived there for only THREE OR FOUR MONTHS.. got evicted because my camper was broken into and demolished, and she blamed MY BOYFRIEND .. ( he was with me when it happened) My car stalled in pouring tain , and ( my boyfriend) came to help me get a jump at 10 pm . I was evicted because he asked a couple neighbors for help .. I really hope that you are NEVER a woman in destress , and need help ANNA .. she is the e RUDEST , MOST CHILDISH MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET… when she handed me my eviction notice , she did it with a evil smile on her face.. what a evil soul. It wont allow me to post my review without adding atleast one star.let the record reflect that it doesn’t deserve that ONE .

I stayed here 3 months at 500 all bills paid. Then they said I used to much electricity so they went up to 700 a month. The laundry room is a joke. They do mow the yard but never weed eat you have to do it yourself. Look elsewhere they are insane park is not worth it at all

We have been here for three weeks and our laundry has been stolen and our friends as well. When we asked about our laundry, they were not concerned. The wash machines took our money and they didn’t offer to give it back. You cannot have fires at all. They do not like children playing outside at all. They came to our camper on a Friday night around 8 and told us we had to go inside and put out our fire. Our friends were here to do s’mores. The floor at the laundry mat is falling through and I had to watch my children for safety reasons. We are a larger family and do not mind following rules but it seems like the rules here doesn’t apply to everyone. They also do not give you any information on what the rules are. We had no idea when quiet time was (which is usually after 10:00pm) because there was no information given upon arrival. It is not family friendly.
