FCS is safe and secure with access 24/7. You have access to water and a dump station as well as being able to keep your batteries charged with electricity. Tina is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend FCS.

Well maintained lot, love that the spaces provide a lot of coverage from the sun and rain/hail. We have used this location for 3 years with zero complaints. Management is very helpful. Dumping station as well as water spigots on-site. Also have power at each space for battery tenders. They fixed the issues that some previous reviews mentioned regarding the lot flooding. Zero issues since we have been here!

Great storage facility. We stored our Class A RV there for three years and never had any problems. Safe and secure, and management was easy to work with.

I have no idea why this has such low reviews??? We have our 2017 30ft. travel trailer there and just renewed our lease for ANOTHER year. Tina in the management team is responsive, professional and helpful. There has been 0 flooding in our year there and if a flood event happens...guess what, Pinellas Park floods! This is a great place...otherwise we would have pulled our travel trailer at the end of our lease.

Floods every time it rains !! Stay away !! The flooding caused mold damage inside my truck. Management was not helpful and refused to take responsibility. Do not park here without flood insurance.
