3/17/23 I love this place! I travel alone and was parking my unit, the ground was wet and I was putting blocks under the jack's. Out of the blue, the park maintenance truck pulled up and two guys got out and started helping me. Thank you! One more reason reason I stay here! My home in Conway,AR. My late husband's family lives here, so I visit a month 2 or 3 times a year. They are mine too, not by blood but by heart . ## very clean and well managed.

As others have said, mostly a mobile home community with RV sites sprinkled in. Since the RV sites were former mobile spots, they tend to be very large and all are back-in. Currently efforts underway to relocate utilities for better RV access. Our spot 119 was shaded but still had directv satellite access. Very quiet and peaceful. Super, super friendly and helpful managers.

Have had my RV here for several months. I feel safe here; they keep it clean & do a reasonably good job of keeping things repaired. I had my electric go out due to a bad breaker and they had it fixed in a couple of hours. I have no complaints and have heard none from my neighbors.

Lily and Anita are the best. My husband was temporarily assigned outside Conway and we were very lucky that they were able to accomodate our camper. Near everything; food, shopping and sightseeing venues. Park is clean, quiet and well maintained with open spaces. Hidden garbage dumpster in rear of park so it is not unseemly. Great place to stop and stay. We will be back, still more sightseeing to do.

Lived here about 6 years and love it! This park is my home and I feel safe and happy here. The managers treat my family like their family and they care about their residents. The park is clean and well lit at night, the neighbors are quiet and friendly and I like the feel of living in the country while being not far from town. Great place to live!
