Such an amazing experience at the storage place young lady, beautiful young lady to help me out, totally forgot her name. She’s African-American, beautiful features she gave me a tour and she took me upstairs to see my unit. Brought me back down, have great hospitality for sure felt very comfortable talking with her that we deserve a raise or become manager of the facility. I love that facility because it’s secure as old-school the elevators that’s pretty cool Thank you, sincere, DJ

I would have given four stars, but with the recent change of leadership, they get five stars. I would have given them 10 if I could! The new mgmt. has been a pleasure to work with, unbelievably accommodating, and they have worked tirelessly to clean up the entire facility… from the folks that loitered out front on the sidewalk, blocking your way in or out, to keeping the the hallways and the units virtually spotless. I thought it was a good idea and deal to rent storage space there when I moved into the city a couple years ago, but as I moved out recently (8/31/22), I realized it was a great idea because my costs never increased equal to the improvements made. I would absolutely recommend Fort Knox Storage to anyone who needs off-site storage. The team is top notch and wonderful to work with.The facilities are priced well, clean, and most importantly, safe and secure.
