We spent a week here and I have mixed feelings about this campground. First the pros: -on a beautiful lake with boat docks, clean water and a nice beach -every site has a trash can and trash pick up was convenient -outside sink for washing dishes at the bathroom -bathrooms were maintained daily -friendly staff Cons: Our site was a muddy mess! I realize that it has been a wet summer but site #22 (and 23) has no gravel or stones. The other people we were with had sites that drained as they should and even after a day of heavy rain, dried up nicely. This mud ruined our vacation week. We could not have a fire at our site or sit at our picnic table and our dog spent most of the week in the truck or pop up to avoid laying in the mud. Also, there is no weed trimming here. The grassy field in the beginning of the campground was cut neatly but the edges of our site were like a rain forest. The site may look fine from a distance but during set up and walking around it turned into a squishy mess! If we did not have the other sites of our family to go to, we would have packed up and left after day 3! So just be aware of this and be sure and ask about the site that you will be on! With a little site maintenance this could have been avoided.

Older camp ground right on the lake. Super nice people and a great value. Don't expect the KOA ...expect a family vibe and nature at your doorstep. Excellent stay before the busy memorial weekend.

Great campground. Long lake is a great lake and this campground has spacious sites alot bigger then most campgrounds. Mine had its own private dock which was perfect I could be right near my boat. Staff is very friendly and campground is very clean and surprisingly quiet every night. Will definitely be back next year.
