Still here and couldn't wait to leave a review. Cute little campsite, the spaces are a little close together but it hasnt been an issue. The bathrooms are the CLEANEST I have ever seen at a campsite. We brought our pop up trailer and it fits perfecting in the spot (20ft pulled out all the way). The host (Guy) is so nice and super friendly. Definitely would choose this place again if we ever come back.

staying at fox den for a few more days and have enjoyed our stay here. sites are gravel and have a few trees in between sites that provide nice shade almost all day. bathrooms are clean, entire campground is well kept and there is a laundry room with several washers and dryers (i believe 1.25 per wash and .25 per round of drying. i was confused at first to the location of trash dumpster, there is a blue one out back but that was locked and apparently dosent belong to campground. the trash is a black trailer out by the check in building with "trash" painted on each door, not sure how i missed that. i saw negative reviews talking about small sites, i'm not sure what they were talking about. each pull through site looks about 20ft wide (or larger), some back in sites may be a tiny bit narrower but unless you are trying to squeeze in a trailer with large slideouts on each side, then maybe get a site that fits your rig. there is another campground about 2 blocks east and that one has really small sites, maybe about 3 feet to spare on each side of your trailer. being on the edge of town it is still a short walk to the downtown shops. wifi also works well. the price is reasonable for sites and i dont think you will be disappointed.

This place was perfect for us! It was a great base camp to visit Yellowstone with my family. This campground was well kept, and the bathrooms/showers were very clean. They also accommodated all types of campers from renters to trailers to motorhomes. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating of our large family. They went above and beyond for me when I had a problem with my trailer, and they personally called in favors from others in order to get my trailer road worthy again. So five stars from me!

My wife and I stayed at Fox Den 6 nights during our trip to Yellowstone. The location is excellent and a great base for daily excursions. It’s only a few blocks to the downtown and the entrance to Yellowstone. It’s natural and unpaved, but clean and well kept. By far the it’s greatest attribute are the employees. They were are very friendly and helpful especially Guy the maintenance man who took the time to recommend we see some area attractions and helped get the grill on our RV working. I would highly recommend Fox Den to all my family and friends.

No idea why lots of bad reviews here. They are good price to stay in west Yellowstone . Honestly not a big place but I can park my car and connect with a four people tent and still have plenty of space. Quite at night and tent sites are nearby with bathroom, bathroom is tidy and clean. Also. Is super close to the Yellowstone entrance. I prefer to stay here with good price i/o live in the park with $300 per night 😉 Highly recommended. Btw, the host are super nice and friendly. Definitely I will come back again 🫶🏻

Great rv campground. Would def recommend while visiting Yellowstone. Less than 5 minutes to West gate entrance and close to all restaurants and shops! Amenities included Laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, bathroom and showers (did not use) and very friendly staff. Checked on us a few times during the snow to make sure everything was working. We Stayed for 5 nights and will be back if ever this way again!

The park, facility's, staff are first class. Did not use showers but laundry room was clean and cheap to wash and dry. I'm a disabled vet and the walk to the tour bus about 6=7 blocks was going to be a challenge. The owner got up early in the morning and drove me and wife there, came back later in the day and picked us up, refused money. The park if off a main street so nice and quite. Parking is on gravel but smooth and level. lots of shade. This is a park with new owners. Next season they will be booked full early when the word gets out of prices and how nice it is. Fantastic! We had the best stay at Fox Den! Mike and Jacob were amazing hosts and made our time staying in West Yellowstone perfect. The park is beautiful, with big trees separating each space. There was plenty of room in our spot. It is set off the road so it is a very peaceful place. The amenities were immaculate and clean. We would recommend Fox Den to anyone wanting to stay near Yellowstone. Hopefully we will visit again!
