We had a late arrival - but no communication was sent to my email/phone. I called and the manager answered and helped us right away with where our spot was. Not sure if it’s the time of year (Oct)or park isn’t pest sprayed enough- but the fire ants are everywhere. sticker burs everywhere - The manager was very understanding and moved us to an alternate location due to fire ants- the next morning we woke up with more fire ants on dashboard . The bathrooms looked very updated and clean. the rec center looked very nice when we walked by: beautiful pool table, full length shuffle board . Location was very convenient.

Honest thoughts. I 1st viewed the park via Google earth views and a couple of drive through videos on YouTube. My initial impression was that the park was just gonna be a parking lot with close spaces and few trees. I checked out the reviews and booked our site. We were after all just there foe Octoberfest and wouldn't see the site much anyways. Boy was I surprised when we rolled in Friday evening. Park had trees (not huge, but provided some shade. Each site was CLEAN and freshly raked out. Almost all of the sites are pull through. The activities room, bathroom and shower rooms were immaculate as well as the laundry room. A large ice maker is available with FREE ice. It was about $6.00 to Uber one way to the festival and main street area and same for the return. Super convenient and safe.... Safe Travels.

We've stayed at this park multiple times. We like everything except for the free Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi is only a few hundred kbps which is not usable. If you want to pay for the service then I guess you get a higher rate of speed.

There are a lot of spaces, but not much else to say about it. It was next-door to food truck spot so different food trucks are there, they’re still building it out, but they will eventually be at bar probably. Overall, the RV park was OK, but not much to say about it other than that.

Great location close to the city center, but don't make your reservation online if you want the Good Sam discount or special pricing, you have to call them. The mosquitoes by the pond are terrible. The internet is horrible, can't connect and asking for help doesn't provide any positive result. Not worth the price paid, stay elsewhere.

Check in was rushed, no info given, sites were level , rec room, laundry and bathrooms were close and fairly clean, however the "golf cart" police wass not friendly, they told us no dog cages outside? Which were not in the rules i read online, and that we had "too much stuff" Just ridiculous, we had purchased some cooking items to use outside , grill, table, etc That's the whole point of going camping. There were also stickers in grass, which my dog got in his paws, there were also lots of ants . Do not recommend, won't be back

Clean and very well maintained. The park has a very nice community center, as well as clean shower / bathroom facilities and laundry. Added bonus: "permanent" food truck venue next door

This RV park is fanominal. I give it 5 plus stars. They have gone above and beyond to take care of us. My spouse broke his leg and they have made it possible for us to stay. We cannot express of heartfelt feelings for what they have done for us. Very Clean, well taken care of. Easy to get to. THANK YOU

A park representative just banged on our door so hard I’m surprised it didn’t leave a dent! Our outside mat was covering their precious, dead grass apparently. No one advised us that this would be a problem. No please and thank you here!!

The unfriendly, micromanagement of the staff at this park, overrode good location & all other amenities. Rules upon arrival were different than online. Found out the we couldn’t use our portable dog pen. Couldn’t use our pop up canopy. Not allowed to cook outside using charcoal grill. Their rule, not the fire dept. Rude when telling us about it. The sites were tight. Gravel parking. Small concrete area with small table. Find a friendlier park that is more interested in their guests having a good time! Won’t be back!
