I literally called this place 50x in 1 day regarding my unit ! I stay out of town and I have to make arrangements to get my things from this place soon as possible !!! I don’t understand how they make time to email about missed payments but cannot answer the phone ? Extremely rude & unprofessional I will be contacting the city .

The absolute worst place to rent a storage unit. Even though they continue to raise the price of my unit every year I've had my unit broken into at least 6 times. Its now to the point that I make them keep the lock to the storage people had to put on there because I got tired of replacing the lock for them to tell me someone broke in. If they can break in the locks provided by the facility then that lets you know it's most likely an inside thing 🤷🏿‍♀️ my unit is destroyed and literally has been flipped upside down. And insurance they force you to pay covers absolutely nothing

I was having a pretty good experience here until my unit got broke in 2X within 2 1/2 weeks they hit me real good the first time, so when I got the call about the 2nd break-in I was extra upset, like it’s nothing else worth stealing but it’s my stuff and I want it!!!

The service is VERY POOR, rude staff, the old man that's the manager at this location rude & unprofessional. I have had a storage unit at this location for 7 yrs with no problems until this new manager (the old man) & the young boy that works there now. Since he took over as manager, he cut my lock off my unit & said someone broke into my unit, he will keep your credit card info & use it when your payment is due also, without my permission, I have no documents on file there giving permission to use my card when payment is due, none, they lock the gate at 6 pm bc they are closed, says that the gate is broke, when I pay$100 a month for a unit that's supposed to be available to me until 10 pm, that's what the paper says that I signed on the agreement So just FYI, be careful with this location...

This Place is a Dumpster Fire If you like having your vehicles and valuables stolen because of negligence then this is your place!. This past Christmas weekend their main front security gate somehow malfunctioned and was left open for at least 36-48 hours with nobody from management aware of the situation. During the night of Christmas, thieves broke into not only my work van, but also a nearby trailer and 3 other units owned by other individuals. They took their sweet time and removed literally everything out of our van including nails, screws, caulk, old paint and drop cloths. In total they absconded with $12,000 worth of tools and equipment and out of spite left their cheap Makita saw that they used to cut the locks off the more expensive tools which were all Dewalt. Literally the main job of a storage unit facility is to make sure that the front gate is ALWAYS fully operational and CLOSED!!! That is literally job number one and they somehow failed that simple task in spectacular fashion. The onsite manager, Greg Jones, is in dire need of some customer service training but really he needs a massive attitude adjustment. Nothing is ever his fault and tough luck but you are on your own is basically his attitude. I don't care that it was a Holiday weekend, they are the stewards of literally hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe millions) of customers' belongings and their main deterrent was left WIDE OPEN and nobody knew. We have moved to a new storage facility place which has an onsite manager and ALARMS that go off when the gate is open for too long of a period. What a NOVEL concept!! Maybe spend a couple of hundred bucks and get one of those installed on your gate. Might be a good idea!! Renters be wary, this place doesn't care if you are robbed and will tell you Tough Luck if you are.
