I absolutely love this facility! It's clean, secure, but most of all Rob, seals the deal for me when choosing where to store my things. He is very attentive and actually cares about the tenants and their belongings. It is hard to find people of his caliber at any business today and this is the exact reason I will only choose this place to do business with!!!

Had a great experience with Rob getting a storage space large enough for our boat. Great location, excellent communication with Rob the manager. He went out of his way to get us situated into our unit.

We moved from out of state and found Rob to be very helpful. He was able to facilitate the maneuvering, parking, drop off and pick up of our large moving vans by a freight company. The spaces between the buildings is what sold us!! Rob was on site to assist us and even helped with some unloading and 3 months later loading. Reasonable rates, secure and friendly.

Rob was amazing!!! He was very helpful as we were in the middle of moving two families to Texas!! We had to have our moving company drop off the shipping containers in his lot over night so that we could get it all moved into his units! Most other places would not do this for us! I would highly recommend FreeUp Storage on Boat Club Road to anyone needing Storage!!!!

I was in a time crunch and needed to find a storage unit that morning asap. I contacted Rob over the phone and he not only understood my needs, he went above and beyond as he went and took pictures of the two different sized units I was contemplating. He answered any and every question I had and ultimately walked me through the registration process. Absolutely a positive experience and it makes me feel good I have a person that cares so much about the facility and his clients. 5+ stars.
