This place changed ownership and the front gates have been open ever since. Anyone can drive in anytime. Nothing is secured in the lot. We were planning on leaving our stuff here long term, but are moving it to another location that is secure. Gates haven’t worked in two weeks. 2pm On Sunday and the place is wide open.

GoTo Storage was secure and they were wonderful to work with. Now that they have been bought by FreeUp Storage there is no security. For weeks the gates have been open 24 hours a day to anyone wanting to access the premises, with no one on site to monitor the units or the boats, trailers, motor homes and other personal items being stored. We will be moving our things asap.

I spent the entire night trying to get a hold of the representative who Rented a unit to me. The unit rented to me was locked up tight by someone else. He never contacted me back, so I had to find some other place to store my furniture As I had to have my rental truck had to be returned by a certain time.
