I stayed here for for over 5 months and never had any issues. The property manager is always keeping everything well maintained, excellent customer service. Also very beautiful mt Shasta backdrop highly recommend staying here!

At least they answered phone, so they earn 3 stars for that. Weren’t accepting short stays which is what we we after because just passing through. A quick note on website stating long term only would save people time.

This park is very well kept up and the staff is amazing. Josh helped me out when I arrived and then got me with a better spot to fit my trailer. I would highly recommend this place for anyone and if you have any questions ask Josh! He was very helpful and easy going guy that cares about his customers, which is hard to find at rv parks nowadays. Give this pace a shot when passing by. I would once again HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Thanks again Josh for the help and good talks brother!

Office service was great. Reservation worked well and we were given the pull through as requested. Electricity and water pressure worked well. Easy on and off I 5. Park would not meet Good Sam standards if rated today- very apparent the park is mostly long stay guests. Despite being next to an active rail line and a truck stop the park was fairly quiet. It is a well maintained, clean park with quiet guests.

There are not enough words to express how welcoming, friendly and helpful the management is, they went above and beyond to help out. Clean, safe, well maintained. all staff was kind and friendly. If you’re going through weed this is the place to stop at. you wont find better people, management and service!

Great place. Staff was amazing. Super accommodating, FRIENDLY, and helpful. Place was well kept, clean. Off the highway with a few store near. Wooded, so great feel. Good view of Mt Shasta. Would highly recommend. Very relaxed, friendly staff which I don’t always find. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't have a reservation but stopped due to high winds. Staff were wonderful. Lots of trees a decent shower close to food and stores. Big spaces.

This park would be beautiful in the summer. So many trees and natural landscape. Very convenient from the freeway. I can't imagine where the friendly part comes from, we never saw any employees during our stay, not one. Weird! I tried to use the laundry several times, both doors were always locked. Our site was level, full hook up, looks like the protective rockery.around the hookups was maybe run over, or pulled apart for some reason. Huge rocks were definitely in the way while we tried to hook up, and disconnect. The sewer pipe was filled with dirt, my husband had to dig it out to use it. I'd go back, but a few things were odd....not friendly.

My husband and I were stopped by a winter storm and I5 was shut down. We contacted Friendly’s RV park and my husband talked to Layla. She made sure there was a place for us to park, even came and helped shovel our way out of the gas station we were parked in. When we arrived at the RV park she helped get us hooked up and made sure we were all good. Layla was absolutely amazing!! We can’t thank her enough for all she did for us.
