Greeted by Bill the host and was very helpful. Gravel sites are great for just an overnight stop. A busy road right alongside but didn't affect our night's rest. A sweet stop in an area with few options. The road in is a little bumpy but don't let that keep you from staying here.

Beautiful view of the mountain and close to the trail and river with the boat launch. Very nice location and nice RV park with full hook up. Stayed for 6 days and definitely coming back.

We stayed for 10 days at spot 19 which is the BEST spot IMHO. We felt like we were perched on our own hill with the Roaring Fork River as our backyard. Pros: The view and the sound of the river. We loved that it's a smaller campground so no shenanigans, and you're immediately met by lovely camp hosts. Spots are pretty level. It's very quiet despite being near the highway. While the hwy is busy during the day, it does quiet down in the evening. It's a convenient spot to visit both Aspen and Glenwood Springs. We also drove Independence Pass. Cons: River spots have the road to a public boat launch below it and ppl speed in and out all day long. The trailers bang loudly as they hit potholes in the unpaved road which is quite jarring at 7am. While the showers are fine and private enough, the toilets in the women's restroom are side by side with curtains for doors. Not very private, so plan to use your trailer for business. They are clean though.

Great little campground overlooking the roaring fork river with Mountain View’s. We saw some elk nearby. Camp hosts were nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. It’s convenient to Carbondale and Glenwood Springs is about 15-20 minutes by car. Verizon coverage isn’t very good. AT&T is pretty good. You can use Starlink in some of the spots.

Nice city run RV park with 'double wide' sites so you have some room from your neighbors. Full hookups, electric/water only spots. Next to boat launch on the Roaring Fork River. Next to the bike trail that runs Glenwood to Aspen.

For tent campers they only have one "group site" for $55. Apparently this is because of a Carbondale city rule or something. You can stay at the nearby KOA for half the price, and you'll get better amenities too.

One of my most favorite places to stay when visiting the Roaring fork valley. Beautiful views, clean, and spacious. Very friendly host!

Stopped to dump and refresh the tanks. Had to pay $25 as of June, 2021. Was in and out quick.

We had a great time in this peaceful campground. Beautiful views! We had 2 RVs staying here and would happily come back. It has a great location and easy access to the Rio Grande Trail. We were able to make easy trips to explore the cute towns of Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt and Aspen. Lots of fishing spots to try. The only downside was the road noise, which wasn't too bad.

We've stayed here twice, and agree with all the positive reviews. Road noise is present, but subsides in the evening. Especially want to mention how helpful and nice Cheryl and Tim (long-time camp hosts) are. Price is reasonable, this is an expensive area and there aren't many options.
