Probably the worst Thousand Trails we’ve stayed at. The park feels very run down and poorly maintained. Most sites are completely covered in pine trees and very sandy, so expect everything—RV, chairs, and picnic table—to be covered in sticky sap. Starlink users should expect limited internet due to the tree coverage. Our site was very unlevel, and several tree limbs and exposed roots made pulling in and parking difficult. We barely fit in the spot we were assigned. Overall, it works for a short stay, but we wouldn’t return unless the park saw some serious updates and maintenance improvements.

We RV full time & have a dog. Most areas at this park (all around the RV) are sandy (not allot of grass). When walking our dog throughout the park there's pine tar everywhere so daily pine tar removal from his feet wasn't fun, however the tall pines are beautiful.

This is one of the best Thousand Trails as far as the staff and management! The location is also wonderful and the campground is clean. We stayed there during a very stressful time when we were transitioning from one RV and trading our camper in for another RV! The staff, especially Larry and Felicia, were wonderful and made things so much easier on us! Again, a huge shout out to the staff, especially Larry and Felicia!!!!

We live on the road, full-time for 4 years. This is a beautiful RV Park with lots of amenities. It's quiet and peaceful. Great for families! The RV lots are spacious. Internet service was not good, though, due to all the tall trees. Also be aware of tree sap falling on your RV and vehicles. The customer service was very good. Nice pool! Laundry was very expensive, $3.25 to wash, $3 to dry (60 min). Lots of machines.

Rude nasty office person. Came in and our spot was double booked. Talked to ranger. He told us to put our camper in the spot next to it. Was called by a very nasty office attendant that told is we needed to move immediately because the person left the next morning out of our original spot after we were all set up because a camper who was pulling in needed our spot. Funny thing is NO One picks their spot. It is computer generated so NO ONE would know where they are going. Would've had a better experience if it hadn't been for the NASTY interaction in the office. Especially when we asked the ranger, called the office and came in the morning to explain what happened and no one was there at the time except the thousand trails rep who I told that i was in the spot next to c39 before I left for sight seeing for the day. And she said she would inform them. Apparently she did not.

Overall I would rate this park at a 2.5. Here’s why: Pros: 1) Lots of shade 2) Decent location 3) Nice playground Cons: 1)There is a major problem with ticks. Our dogs stepped out just to pee and had 5 ticks at one time!!! The park does nothing to mitigate this issue. 2) Tons of low hanging branches all throughout the park. Many of which are just dead. 3) Due to the trees not being maintained, there is massive amounts of sap dripping all over EVERYTHING, cars, rigs, kids, pets 4) Its not paved and most of the sites are not level, with some being absolutely impossible to level out on 5) The road and sites are just sand, it gets a little dusty. Not good for asthmatics or keeping your stuff clean.

So nice and on fridays they have a dance party!! We stood in the updated cabin and it was so nice that mom went and rented the one next door that was vacant just to have some friends over too.. employees are very nice and helpful only dislike was the crater like potholes and couldn’t figure out the tv/wifi but we had a blast and so did the kids

Loved this place!!❤️❤️ I've been here many times as a younger kid for the summer because my grandma's sister would pay for us to get a cabin. I'm probably going to be back there this summer again. The cabins are neat and clean, service is alright (so is the location), and the experiences here was amazing 😍 Therefore, this place is one of the best camping experiences I've ever had!!

This is a campground so no rooms or service. The facilities were nice and clean, plus they have a snack bar near the pool. Lots of washers and dryers in the laundry room. Also, it's close to both Boston and the Cape. The main office people were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative we had was we parked our travel trailer in B54 which is next to a permanent site and the guy came over and said we were in "his parking space"! We told him we were parked in front of our trailer and to the left of our electric meter (if you're looking at the site from the road) so not sure what he meant. He said he always parks there and we needed to move our truck. We did since we didn't want to argue with him. Well after that we think he was being a jerk since he would leave every morning at 6am and slam his door and make a lot of noise right outside our bedroom window. Other than that, it was a nice place.
