I cannot recommend this place enough! I have used George Washington & 31st Mini-Storage for over 4 years now. They are the best in the area and have very reasonable rates, especially for the quality you get. Always clean, Well-Lit at night, Awesome security to give you peace of mind, an On-Site manager who lives on site and ensures your unit is safe, so many other great things. The on-site manager, Tammy, is so friendly and helpful too. Definitely makes for a great atmosphere. They also have locks for sale in the office if you forget to bring one the first time like me lol. Definitely recommend to anyone who values their belongings and wallet.

The couple that run this storage are Awsome!!!! I was so comfortable doing business with these folks. I have been renting a storage from them for about a year now. I have never had a problem. I actually enjoyed going to my storage. I know that's a bit crazy. However its true.

Very nice manager! I have rented from several other facilities but this place has been the best. I forgot my code, and called the manager after hours and she looked it up for me and said to just giver her a call anytime. It's a very clean place also.
