We recently purchased a Rockwood Geo Pro 19bh. Our experience with Joe was great. Financing was a breeze with top notch credit scores. They gave us exactly what I wanted once the credit worthiness was proven. Slight issue with our wifiranger on the break in trip (only device not tested during delivey) but Jeremey in Servicing literally came out to our house and not only diagnosed, but fixed our ranger. This was after my wife spent an hour on the phone trying to troubleshoot with winegard, who made no mention of a potentially faulty fuse. They knew we were headed back out of town and made it happen. Kids are so happy. So am I. Love the new rig. I will always be honest. I spent a ton of money in their parts department for convenience, but the same equipment can be found on Amazon at a fraction of the cost. I appreciated the gift certificate, but its almost laughable. This includes towing equipment. I will do business with them so long as my experience remains. Thanks team!

From the minute I walked in the dealership the sales person made me feel welcome. My sales man showed us all that was available without pushing us to just buy just any trailer. As a new RV costumer we had lots of question and trust me my sales guy had all the answers. Our sales man never put any pressure or pushed us. So about a hour later we got out 1st RV trailer. Easy and fas. The day after I picked up the trailer I noticed that my toilet was broken, keep in mind my trailer was sold as is so if I missed it I was s*** out of luck.. BUT after I called the sales guy they told me to come in and pick up a new toilet FOR FREE!!!. That was just great news to me and I just really surprised that they did that. Wow. Now I might say that I am a very happy camper.. lol

My husband was on the website and asked a question. A nice and helpful Trish set up our appt at the dealership. We arrived, a very nice person greeted us, the sales person showed up in 10 seconds, Very friendly wonderful Mr. Katz helped us. While there we met many people, all very knowledge, friendly, and funny. We learned a lot, laughed a lot and felt like family. We bought that day, picked up the following week. Bob and Dan were 100% the best delivery guys ever. Dan is so knowledgeable, kind, respectful, funny and dedicated to providing us with the tools we need to make the most of our Van. Class act all the way around. We've bought a lot of new vehicles and this was hands down the absolute best experience. The dealership is huge, clean, had tables to sit at, A/C, just beautiful. We highly recommend Gaint RV in Downey, CA. This is a true review. We didn't know anyone there, we don't own stock there, there is nothing in it for us to write this review!
